How Stop Collections From Calling You! - Take Control of Your Credit Card Debt Quickly

Credit card debt can get to be a very scary situation for some people. Having many different cards is especially difficult. They are gathering interest and penalty charges which can quickly add up to a debt you can't seem to catch up. If you are still reading this, chances are you know exactly where I am coming from. If you follow the next few steps you can get out from under the debt and stop the collections department from calling every five minutes.

Step one- Take this situation very seriously. It was easy to get into this situation and not so easy to get out of and once you are out you never want to be there again. With credit card debt it is not always easy to pay it off; you have to be smart about it to avoid all the penalty charges.

Step two- Make a repayment promise to yourself, commit to paying as much as you can on towards the debt balance and not just the interest payment. Get all of your credit card bills together and put them in an order of lowest balance to highest balance. Start at the top and concentrate on this one card. Pay the minimum on the other cards to avoid the penalties but pay more than the minimum on the first card and when it is totally paid off... destroy the card and move on to the next one. Repeat until you have only one card left and that will be the one card you keep for emergencies ONLY!

For following these two simple steps you can eliminate your credit card debt rather quickly and you will be much happier for it in the end and you won't have to worry about debt ever again.
